Q: Are there fees associated with joining D&M Productions of SFL?

A: No. We are known as “The Free IB”. In our 30+ years, we have never charged any agent any fees.

Q. Are there any specifics that need to be on my PC that need to be met?

A. Windows 10/11 and activated (you bought it and own a license to operate)

i5 processor 7th generation (minimum)

8GB RAM (minimum). However, 16GB, or more, is preferred to prevent constant crashing

500+GB HDD 7,200 RPM or better or SSD (Solid State Drive)

Dual video output (dual monitors are required for most)

Ethernet internet required (no wireless anything, ever)

USB headset with microphone

Ethernet wire long enough to reach from router/modem to PC

All-in-one PCs are not permitted, notebook PCs (laptops) are not recommended as they usually do not meet the required specifics (including screen resolution and dual-screen abilities)

Keyboard and mouse that are not wireless.

Chromebooks are not compatible.

Q. Is there anything that is strictly forbidden?

A. Yes, anything wireless (headset, mouse, keyboard, internet) and telephone systems like MagicJack, Ooma, Vonage (VoIP that uses a device before modem). You are permitted to use Comcast/Xfinity or AT&T/U-Verse for a telephone connection. Note: many clients are switching over to their own internet VoIP systems, so telephone lines should soon no longer be necessary.

Q. If I do not have a PC, what can be done?

A. BestBuy and Amazon offer several great options for PCs. Specifically, the BeeLink brand PCs. BeeLink is compact and inexpensive. BeeLink is about the size of a paperback novel.

Q. I have never created a profile. What do I need to do to get started?

A. Call our office to request your custom link at 702-421-3017.

Q. Has COVID-19 impacted operations within this company?

A. We have had a minimal impact on hours available for agents to service. Most of our agents are still receiving 30+ hours per week with no problem. Any agents not able to achieve 30+ hours per week are being offered additional classes at no cost to them.

Q: What are my home office requirements?

A. Clean Federal Background Check, Windows 10 computer with hard-wired high-speed internet (10 Mbps downstream and 3mbps upstream minimum required), a quiet workspace, telephone tine (landline). Not all clients require as stated, these are simply the general requirements.

Q: Does it matter which state I live in?

A. We no longer sources in several states. Please call our office at 702-421-3017 to inquire about your state.

Q: What kind of experience is required?

A. Absolutely none.

Q. What will be my day-to-day role?

A. There is a variety of roles offered for servicing opportunities from customer service, technical support, data entry, and sales. These roles can be calls, chat, email or a mixture.

Q. Will I be performing all the roles listed above daily?

A. No, you will only perform the roles you sign up for via the client of your choice.

Q: Do I need to have all requirements met prior to joining?

A. Not at all. The sooner you join the sooner you are able to select from the various clients listed. Please note that the client listing does change very frequently. Classes are first-come, first-serve.

Q. Does each client have the same requirements?

A. No. While making your client selection you can see what each client requires, so you can then more accurately equip your home office.

Q: Who do I contact if I have additional questions along the way?

A. At D&M Productions we are always available to assist and answer any questions along the way. Please check the Contact Us page for details on how to reach the owners. After you pass a class, agents will have access to a client-specific chat room, during servicing time. These chat rooms are stocked with top-performing support resources. In addition to these options, you’ll have a friendly and knowledgeable QASR (Quality Assurance Support Resource) to answer any questions that are service-related.

Q. Is there any investment needed on my part to start working from home?

A. You will be required to pay for a federal background check ($30).

Q. How often do I need to take a certification class?

A. You are required to take a certification class for each client. Therefore, if you only service a single client, you’ll be taking a single certification class. If you decide to take on an additional client, you’ll be required to complete another certification class. Remember, each class is designed specifically for the client you have chosen.

Q. Which clients does your company service?

A. We are under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement. Due to said agreement, we cannot disclose any client names until you have signed a similar agreement.

Q. Does your company have anything different, client-wise, than other IBs (Independent Business) on the platform?

A. All IBs have access to the exact same clients and classes throughout the entire network.

Q. Is this opportunity 1099 or W-2?

A. This is a 1099 opportunity.
